How do I play the games?
All our arcade machines run on US Quarters, which can be purchased at a cost of £2.50 for 4 or £10 for 18. A game credit usually costs 1 quarter, except light gun games, drivers or pinball machines, which are set to 2 quarters per game credit!
You don’t need to reserve or book a specific arcade machine, it’s just like an old school arcade! If someone’s playing one you want already, queue up behind – it wont be long!
Our console booths are bookable for exclusive use at Elephant Park, Hackney Wick & Newcastle. These booths are great for parties and small events.
Can I bring my own quarters?
Yes you can!
Do I have to book a table? How do I book?
We encourage bookings during our peak times (Thurs – Sat) to avoid disappointment, but walk-ins are fine. We also encourage bookings for larger groups and for our console booths.

What games do you have?
You can see a current list of arcade games that we have at each site on the ‘Our Games’ page. We usually have the most sought-after games for each of our consoles.
How do I get a console booth?
These are available at our Hackney Wick, Elephant Park and Newcastle bars! You can pre-book these booths to secure your spot. They cost £9ph during peak hours, and £6ph at all other times.
Can I book an outside table?
Our Hackney Wick & London Bridge venues have plentiful outside seating during the summer, with a smaller area in the winter.
Elephant also has outdoors space with outdoor console booths. Please use the specific ‘Outside Table’ option on the bookings form or drop us a line.
Is there an age limit? Do you allow children?
All our venues allow under-18s before 19:00 only if accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. All of our venues are adults only after 19:00.
If you are planning a children’s party please contact us before booking. We are primarily an adult venue and have time and age restrictions on these, and can discuss with you to make sure its a fit.
Larger groups of 5+ children must pre-book and contact us or risk being turned away at the door.
Children must be supervised by a grownup at all times when using the machines and walking around the venue, some of our machines are over 40 years old and are not toddler proof!
We operate a strict challenge 25 policy, so please bring valid photo I.D. We reserve the right to refuse admission at all times.
Do you host children's parties?
Absolutely! Please contact us about our Kids Party Packages & timings, however please note that we do not offer birthdays for children turning 7 or younger.
Larger groups of 5+ children must pre-book and contact us or risk being turned away at the door.

Are you dog friendly?
We are dog friendly and our venues have drinking bowls for dogs. We do expect dog owners to use their own discretion i.e. keep dogs on a leash and only bring well-behaved dogs with you.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Elephant and Hackney Wick are step-free with accessible toilets.
Peckham ground floor is accessible with an accessible toilet. Peckham upstairs (console room) and basement are via stairs only.
London Bridge is step-free with no accessible toilet & Newcastle is not fully accessible at this time – please contact us for more details.
It's my birthday! Can I bring decorations/a cake?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a birthday cake & party decorations. We just ask that nothing is attached to any walls or machines, and we can’t allow sparklers or sparkler candles of any kind.
For the cake, we do recommend you bring your own cutlery & plates if required, and we are not responsible for the dietary requirements of your guests!
